A: 这次大赛作品提交截止日期是2020年12月31日，参赛者可以有大半年的时间，以【牛】为主题设计创作MG作品，可以“用6个月的时间，打磨一件60秒的作品”，参赛者有充裕的创作时间，将有利于更多佳作纷呈。作品入围获奖公布日期，特别选择在2021年2月12日，这是辛丑牛年，农历正月初一。牛年开启，春节过后，举办中国生肖【牛】动态图形设计大赛颁奖典礼，同时进行2021年中国生肖【虎】动态图形设计大赛启动仪式。
