Expert at Worldskills since 2005. Expert atinternational Worldskills, Chief Expert at various national competitions within the Worldskills “Family”. Currently SCM – Skills Competition Manager at Worldskills.
My education includes a diploma in Advertising Design, Master in Business Administration at the MCI -Management-Center-Innsbruck and an educational training in Transactional Analysis(Eric Burne).

负责学校与设计机构及公司的密切合作，为学校和学生创造项目合作的机会，监督和参与实施各种宣传推广活动和教育教学交流和实习项目。
自2002年至今，连续担任新加坡国家技能大赛、东盟技能大赛、全球技能挑战赛、世界技能大赛平面设计技术项目专家。2019年担任俄罗斯喀山第45届世界技能大赛平面设计技术项目副首席专家。
自2005年至今，担任新加坡总理李显龙年度国庆集会演讲设计创意总监，带领创意团队构思并实施伴随总理演讲的设计理念，创建信息图形，插图和动画，以最好的概念视觉表现和整体外观和风格的演示，并监督完成工程。
自2017年至2019年，担任李显龙互动数码媒体智能国家奖评审团评审专家。
